We thank the Lord for our business meeting last
week as we concluded the transfer of memberships,
funds and assets to Ambassador Baptist Church in
preparation for their organizing as an independent
church. Please continue to pray that the Lord will
help us through the coming weeks to eﬀect a smooth
handing over and transition.
H1N1 VIRUS PRECAUTIONS
All members and Sunday school teachers are reminded to ensure that both you and the children
undergo temperature checks before coming to
church each week. Those who are running a fever are
advised to undergo voluntary quarantine as a precautionary measure. Please pray for our nation that the
Lord will bring the spread of H1N1 infections under
All members are kindly requested to keep Pastor and
the deacons informed the moment you return from
an overseas trip and to impose self quarantine for 1
week in case you exhibit ﬂu-like symptoms.
THANKSGIVING, VBS 2009
We thank the Lord for bringing us to a conclusion
of our VBS. Please continue to pray for the Lord
to work in the hearts of these children and their
families. Pastor would like to thank everyone who
laboured, contributed and help pray for this VBS.
Special thanks for Bro. Conrad for leading the eﬀort
and to the entire VBS team for their hard work and
labour in the Lord.
CAMBODIA MISSION TRIP
Please be in prayer for the team that has gone up to
Cambodia this week. Pastor Jesse will be preaching
twice this morning. The team will be ministering in
villages from Monday through Wed. Please pray for
good weather as well as journey mercies as there has
been heavy rain recently. The team will be returning
back on Saturday. Bro. Dan will be in charge during
Pastor Jesse’s absence.
THEME: FAITHFUL MEN
There is much confusion in the world today about
what a man is supposed to be. Most of the deﬁnitions are based on mischaracterization and has been
subject to popular redeﬁnition. We will be looking
in the Word of God to see what the Creator God
has to say about His original design and what a man

We are glad to have Bro. Eric from Shalom who will
be our guest preacher who will be sharing with us
God’s calling for him and his family as he begins the
work of church planting in Malaysia.

21 JUNE, FATHER’S DAY SUNDAY
We will be having a special sunday on Father’s Day.
Please let Bro. Dan know if you would like to oﬀer
a testimony, praise or a special as a father, or if there
are wives or children that would like to do the same.
21 JUNE, ABM’S ORGANIZATION AS INDEPENDENT
ABM will be having a special service and business
meeting to organize themselves as an independent
church. The meeting will begin at 3pm and is not
expected to take more than 1 hr. There will be wit-
nesses from respective churches of like faith attending as witnesses. Please note that there are very
limited seats as priority will be given to the oﬃcial
witnesses from each church and we will be sending
our deacons as witnesses.
27-29 JUNE, BIBLE CONFERENCE
Dr. WL. Smith will be returning to Singapore and
be speaking at Lighthouse Baptist Church each eve-
ning from (27-28th) 6.30-8.30pm and 7.30-9.30pm
on the 29th. The theme of the conference is “Prophecies in the 21st Century”.
